Palma Miami Beach Residences Announced In North Beach

It is the third of four planned residential towers in North Beach by New York-based Lefferts.


Palma will rise 14 stories, with 126 condos planned.


Units will be delivered fully finished and furnished, with short-term rentals permitted.


Condo sizes range from 405 to 889 square feet for typical residences, with prices from the $650,000s.


Built Form is the architect, with LEED Gold certification planned. Interiors are by Studio Ramirez.


Completions is planned for early 2026.


Lefferts’ other North Beach projects include 72 Park, a 22-story, 266-unit luxury residential tower, which is over 50% sold and slated for completion this summer.


The group also recently received approval for 72 & Carlyle, a 482,000-square-foot luxury condo at 600 72nd Street.
