Developer Gets Utilities For Mixed-Use Project At 3600 Biscayne

best bienes realtor The developer planning a mixed-use tower at 3600 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater has signed a deal with the county to connect the new building to the water and sewer system.


According to the utilities agreement recorded on March 8, the project will include:



* 175 apartments

* 33,802 square feet of retail






The developer will get credit for demolishing 4,889 square feet of retail and 8,736 square feet of daycare currently on the site, reducing the connection charge.


Miami’s Urban Development Review Board recommended approval of the design in December, and the FAA approved the 231-foot height of the 18-story tower in January.


An affiliate of Pacific Star Capital is the developer.


Alfonso Jurado Architecture is the architect.
