High-End Wynwood Apartment Building With 509 Units Tops Off

The building “will set a new bar of luxury in Wynwood,” its developers said.
A total of 509 luxury apartments are being built, with high-end amenities for residents that will include a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, multiple outdoor pools, and a glass atrium with co-working spaces.
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, are the developers.
Erik Rutter and David Weitz, Managing Partners of developer Oak Row Equities, said construction at The Wynwood Plaza is “ahead of schedule.”
Move-in for the apartments is scheduled to begin in 2025.
The Residences building is part of a one million-square-foot mixed-use campus which will also include a 26,000 square-foot, lushly landscaped public plaza surrounded by 32,000 square feet of retail.
There will also be a 12-story office building, which topped off last year.
Gensler is designing the buildings, while Field Operations is overseeing landscape and design of the public plaza.
