First Glass Installed At 450-Unit Miami Worldcenter Tower

A groundbreaking ceremony for the 100% sold-out project took place in January 2023.


The Crosby is planned tor rise 33 stories, or 390 feet, and include:



* 450 condo units (allowing short-term rentals)

* 22,000+ square feet of amenities

* rooftop bar and restaurant

* 3,370 square feet of retail






No new parking garage is being built, although residents will have access to parking elsewhere at Worldcenter.
