Domus Brickell Park Gets Utilities, Groundbreaking In March

The developer also signed a water and sewer agreement with Miami-Dade this week to connect the planned 12-story building to the utilities system.


More than 50% of the project’s 171 units, including the sole commercial space, have been sold, the developer says. In total, sales have surpassed $55 million.


Units will be delivered fully finished and furnished. Owners will be permitted to generate income through a hotel-type short-term rental program managed by Domus.


Delivery is planned for winter 2025.
