Groundbreaking Date Announced For 848 Brickell Office Tower

Groundbreaking is planned for the second quarter of 2024.


JLL, led by Managing Directors Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun, Kevin Probel, Senior Managing Director, Clark Finney, Executive Managing Director, and Madeline Fine, Associate, will lead leasing efforts for the 750,000 square feet of Class A office space.


Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill is designing the new 51-story tower, which will top off at 756 feet.


Key International and Sterling Bay are the developers.
