Demolition Update At One Brickell City Centre Near Supertall Site

best bienes realtor An office building remains under demolition at the site where the One Brickell City Centre near-supertall is planned, new photos by Phillip Pessar show.


The partially demolished building was covered in graffiti around two weeks ago.


A total demolition permit for the building is active. It had been temporarily suspended following a September incident.


A second demolition permit for another office building is still in process as of this morning, and not yet approved.


The new 59-story tower is planned to have 1,136,718 square feet of habitable office space.


There will also be a new parking garage and Metromover entrance


Top off of One Brickell City Centre is planned at 977 feet, putting it just below supertall height.
