Multiple High-Profile Soccer Players Buy At Aria Reserve; Completion 2024

Alexis Mac Allister, Juan Pablo Angel, Paul Pogba and James Rodríguez are among the players said to have purchased premium units.


“This trend is part of the growing excitement around soccer in Miami, which has been fueled by Messi’s move to the city,” said developer Martin Melo. “As demand for high-end condominiums continues to increase, the Aria Reserve has become a top choice for high-profile buyers.”


The two 62-story towers will be the tallest waterfront dual residential towers in the United States, Melo said. They will be the first development in Edgewater to offer direct access to both the water and bay walk.


Completion is scheduled for 2024.
