The 120-room boutique hotel, the second for Marriot's Moxy Hotel brand in Miami-Dade County, is designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Inc. and is being developed by a 50/50 joint venture partnership between real estate investment firm Dolphin Capital Partners and hotel development and management company Baywood Hotels under the Wynwood Hospitality Holdings LLC. Craft Construction Company LLC is serving as the general contractor for the 12-story structure, alongside JGR Construction, Inc. as the structural contractor.  best bienes realtor
