More Miami Worldcenter: FAA Application Submitted For Naftali Group Site, Where 2 Towers Planned

The latest application is for the Naftali Group site at Miami Worldcenter. According to the September 19 filing, developers plan to build up to a height of 684 feet above ground, or 691 feet above sea level at the property. Naftali Group purchased the property in March for for $40.5 million. A sales center for Paramount Miami Worldcenter previously operated from the site. According to the March press release from Naftali, condo sales were planned to begin before the end of this year.
